If you do not agree with my terms, we cannot do business. I have too many customs that have been forgotten about by the customers or they just don't want to pay for them. I cannot run a good business losing money. This has happened a lot over the last couple of years. About Your Order When you order a custom from me, please be patient, I do not have any type of set working hours. All Artists are different, I do know that some artists make themselves work on pieces, I do not ever do that. It puts extra stress on my creativity and it also makes me not even want to look at model horses sometimes. I would rather feel like wanting to work on your horse! This way my work does not suffer and you know you are getting quality artwork. I am diabetic, so a lot of the time I do not feel too terrific. If I am feeling well, I can sometimes complete most of one step in an afternoon, but sometimes,it doesn't seem to work out that way. Please do not email me repeatedly!!! This tends to make me feel very stressed out and I will not want to even deal with your horse. I don't mind an occasional email asking how things are going :) Possible Payment Arrangements I do take payment arrangements sometimes on expensive orders over $400.00, even though I would like them paid in full, I do understand how life and money don't want to work well together! You MUST make Time Payment Arrangements with me prior to ordering, This is not an automatic feature on regular orders!!! Your time payments will be enforced by strict Private Contract. Contracts are only available on pieces of value of $400.00 or more. ½ of the price is due as down payment, and the balance will be divided into monthly or possibly weekly payments. If the ending balance is not paid in full at the end of 90 days (3 months), your order will be void and you will receive No Refund of any payments made, period. I have to pay bills and I also have expenses like everyone else. In certain circumstances, I will extend the contract length up to 180 days (6 months). Regular Orders Your balance must be paid in full before I start work on your horse unless you have made prior time payment arrangements with me on strict contract terms. In Either Payment Option, If you have not fully paid your balance and the piece ends up going to auction or is sold to someone else, You will not receive any refunds of any payments made nor models in return, even if you have sent me one of your own to work on. Cancelling or Swapping an Order If you have sent me a model, but you have not made a payment and I have not begun to work on it, you may cancel your order and have the model shipped back to you at your own expense. You may also swap a model out if you have changed your mind and want a different one worked on if the above applies. I will not get mad, I will just need you to pay for the shipping back to you. Selling your painting slot you have with me is NOT allowed. Items Not Paid for If I have emailed you about a payment and I have not received an answer nor a payment within 10 days of my email, Your item will be considered abandon by you and defaulted to me in my favor to do with as I see fit. No refunds, no replacements of items, and no credits are given. Thank You for taking the time to read this, I really hate to sound harsh, but I am tired of being stuck with unpaid balances.
